Proxys.io review 2026: prices, refunds, countries, who it fits
Proxys.io is worth a look if you need cheap individual IPv4 or IPv6 proxies, especially Russian ones, and want to pay in USDT, BTC or ETH. Test a single proxy before buying in bulk. Skip it if you need mobile proxies on a budget, a published no-logs policy or a generous refund, because the terms are stricter than the homepage suggests.
POOL BTC is an independent comparison site. We are not Proxys.io and not a mining pool, and nothing here is investment advice. Prices and terms come from the official Proxys.io pages and terms of service, plus independent ratings, all checked on 2026-10-07.
What is Proxys.io?
Proxys.io sells individual, shared, mobile and residential proxies with automatic delivery after payment and 24/7 support. The operator is ONLINE CONNECT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15419378 with a London address. The service says it has been on the market since 2016, and the domain was registered that year.
The catalogue is wide. Russian individual IPv4 comes in datacenter, mobile and residential subtypes on servers S1 to S4. Foreign individual IPv4 is datacenter based and covers 70+ countries, according to the product page. There is also IPv4 with a Windows fingerprint (Russia and Spain), shared IPv4 for up to 3 users (Russia, Netherlands, France, Ukraine), premium static residential IPv4 (Russia and Poland), individual IPv6 (Russia and USA) and dynamic IPv6.
Mobile 4G proxies come in four flavours: personal with a GEO change once a day, individual, shared and premium at 50-100 Mbps. Rotation starts from 2 minutes, by timer or by link. Residential proxies are billed per GB of traffic. ISP proxies and traffic-based server proxies are marked "New".
Most tiers support HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. Shared and individual mobile proxies allow only one protocol per order. You authenticate with a login and password or an IP whitelist. Bulk users get an API, bulk management and a Telegram bot.
What do Proxys.io proxies cost, and what are the refund rules?
Individual Russian IPv4 starts at $1.40 per IP per month on the product card, IPv6 at $0.27, shared IPv4 at $0.67 and residential at $1.50 per GB. The same site also shows lower headline numbers that the cards do not match. Refunds are possible only within 24 hours, for objective reasons, and paid out in crypto.
| Item | Proxys.io (product cards, 2026-10-07) |
|---|---|
| Individual IPv4, Russia | from $1.40 per IP per month |
| Individual IPv4, foreign | from $1.47 per IP per month |
| IPv4 with Windows fingerprint | $1.87 |
| Shared IPv4 (up to 3 users) | $0.67 |
| Premium static residential IPv4 | $3.60 |
| Individual IPv6 | $0.27 |
| Mobile IPv4 4G | from $56.79 per IP per month, or from $4.15 per GB |
| Residential | from $1.50 per GB |
| Minimum order | 1 proxy |
| Minimum period | Not stated on the official site (checked 2026-10-07) |
| Volume discounts | Exist, percentages not published |
| Refund window | 24 hours after payment |
Now the conflicts. The FAQ on the same site says individual IPv4 costs "from $1.35" and IPv6 "from 13 cents". The headline promises proxies "from $0.13/IP". The product cards say $1.40 and $0.27. We could not reconcile these, so the table uses the card figures, since that is what you see when you actually pick a product. Mobile pricing is a second trap: the $56.79 monthly figure comes from the FAQ, while the mobile page quotes $4.15 per GB. These are two different billing models, and neither is anywhere near the headline price.
Refunds have the same gap between marketing and terms. The homepage says you can return proxies within 24 hours after payment if they do not suit you "for any reasons". The terms of service, effective August 14, 2026, clause 2.6, are much narrower:
- Refunds apply to orders only, not to balance top-ups.
- Only for objective reasons, and only within 24 hours.
- A one-time refund is possible only for orders up to 600 RUB.
- Shared and ISP proxies are not refundable at all.
- Money comes back only in USDT TRC-20 (fee $3), USDT BEP-20 (fee $1) or TRX (fee $0.3).
- Processing takes up to 7 business days.
Clause 2.2a adds that lack of access to geo-restricted resources is not a valid ground for a refund. A free trial is not confirmed on the official pages. One third-party review mentions a 1-hour test order, which we could not verify.
Payment is flexible: Visa and Mastercard, USDT, BTC, ETH and other crypto, plus Alipay. The homepage claims "more than 50 ways of payment" and names 10+ methods, including Perfect Money and AdvCash.
Who is Proxys.io for, and who should avoid it?
It fits people who need a handful of individual IPv4 or IPv6 proxies, Russian IPs in particular, and want to pay in crypto without a large minimum. It is a weak fit for mobile proxy users on a budget, for heavy high-speed workloads, and for anyone who expects a clear no-logs promise or an easy refund.
For crypto users, the official Proxys.io blog (November 18, 2024) describes three cases. For airdrop multi-accounting it suggests mobile proxies (several accounts per proxy) or server proxies (one per account). For P2P trading it suggests mobile or residential proxies, and for testing arbitrage setups, server proxies. Two caveats. Exchanges and airdrop projects set their own rules on multiple accounts, and breaking them can cost you the account or the reward. And Proxys.io's own terms forbid fraud. Multi-accounting is allowed, but the terms require an anti-detect browser and proper fingerprint isolation.

On speed, an independent ToProxyLab test from January 16, 2026 scored uptime at 4.2 but noted speed limits, and hidemyacc wrote on August 18, 2026 that speed is below average for heavy tasks.
Which countries does Proxys.io cover?
The FAQ claims "more than 240 countries". The foreign IPv4 product card lists 24 countries by name, and the product page says 70+. Russia has its own dedicated tier. In Latin America we found only Argentina and Brazil in the product cards. Check that your country is actually orderable before you pay.
The 24 countries on the foreign IPv4 card are Ukraine, the UK, the USA, Germany, India, Poland, Spain, Belarus, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, France, Turkey, Romania, Italy, Brazil, Canada, Slovenia, Lithuania, Bangladesh, Argentina, Sweden, Hong Kong, Australia and South Africa. So 240+, 70+ and 24 are three different numbers from the same site, and the gap is not explained.
For Russia and the CIS, the offer is the strongest part of the catalogue: Russian IPv4 in three subtypes, Russian IPv6, Russian premium residential and IPv4 with a Windows fingerprint. Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine appear on the foreign list. According to HostAdvice, card payments go through Stripe, and both foreign and Russian cards are accepted. Crypto works regardless.
There is a legal point to keep in mind. The terms forbid using the proxies to get around government or ISP blocks, and, as noted above, lack of access to a geo-restricted resource is not a refund reason. Check your local law and the terms of the site you want to reach.
For Argentina, the country is listed by name on the foreign IPv4 card, and Brazil is there too. No other Latin American countries showed up in the product cards we checked.
Is Proxys.io safe, and does it hold your money?
Proxys.io is a prepaid service, so the money at risk is what you pay or top up, and top-ups are not refundable. The bigger questions are privacy and reliability: there is no published logging policy, no no-logs claim and no numeric uptime SLA. The IP pool size is not disclosed either.
The company guarantees only that the proxy works, which you can check on neutral test sites. Without a stated logging policy, do not route anything through a proxy that you would not want a third party to see.
The terms list what is forbidden: scams, phishing, carding, credential checking, port scanning, brute force, spam and mass mailing, fraud, malware, mass registrations on static proxies (allowed on mobile) and getting around government or ISP blocks.
Ratings are middling. Trustpilot shows 3.3 out of 5 from 207 reviews (checked 2026-10-07). ToProxyLab gave 3.5 overall, with support at 2.5, and called the chatbot useless. Gridinsoft shows 3.7 from 211 reviews (May 31, 2026), and ProxyLook's editorial score is 4.0. SourceForge has 5.0, but from only 2 reviews, so we give it no weight. Any review platform can be manipulated, so read the low ratings as well as the average.
Support is a 24/7 live chat on the official site. Third-party sources also list email at mail@proxys.io, plus Telegram and VK.
How do you start with Proxys.io?
The steps below follow what the official site describes: pick a product, pay, get automatic delivery and connect with a login and password or an IP whitelist.
- Open Proxys.io and choose the proxy type: individual IPv4 or IPv6, shared, mobile, residential or premium.
- Pick the country, or the server (S1 to S4) for Russian IPv4.
- Choose the protocol. Shared and individual mobile proxies take one protocol per order: HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5.
- Start with 1 proxy. Refunds only cover orders up to 600 RUB, so a small first order is the one you have a chance to return.
- Pay by card, crypto or another listed method. Paying for an order directly is safer than topping up a balance, because top-ups cannot be refunded.
- Wait for automatic delivery after payment.
- Set up authentication with a login and password or by whitelisting your IP.
- Test the proxy on a neutral checker site within 24 hours. That is your whole refund window.
What are the risks of using Proxys.io?
The main risks are the gap between the homepage and the terms, the refund rules, mobile prices well above the headline, unpublished IP pool size, speed that can be too low for heavy jobs and no explicit no-logs policy. None of these is hidden, but you have to read the terms to find them.
In practice, a refund that sounds like "any reason, 24 hours" is really "objective reasons, small orders only, crypto payout with a fee, up to 7 business days". Shared and ISP proxies never come back. If you need mobile IPs, budget from $56.79 per IP per month or $4.15 per GB, not $0.13. Ratings across sources sit between 3.3 and 4.0, if you set aside SourceForge, and support got the weakest score in the one independent test.
How does Proxys.io compare with Proxy-Seller, Proxyline and Webshare?
Proxys.io has a wide catalogue, crypto payments and a strong Russian offer. Proxy-Seller is cheaper on IPv4 and mobile and has a paid trial. Proxyline sells only IPv4 but gives a 48-hour refund. Webshare is cheapest for datacenter proxies and has a free plan, but does not take crypto.

Can I get a refund from Proxys.io?
Only within 24 hours of payment, for objective reasons, and only once for orders up to 600 RUB, per clause 2.6 of the terms effective August 14, 2026. Balance top-ups, shared and ISP proxies are not refundable. Money returns in USDT TRC-20, USDT BEP-20 or TRX, minus a fee, within 7 business days.

Yes. The site accepts USDT, BTC, ETH and other cryptocurrencies, along with Visa, Mastercard, Alipay, Perfect Money and AdvCash. Refunds, though, come back only in USDT or TRX.
Does Proxys.io work for users in Russia?
Russia has a dedicated tier with several IPv4 subtypes, IPv6 and premium residential IPs. According to HostAdvice, Russian cards are accepted through Stripe, and crypto is an alternative. The terms forbid using proxies to get around government or ISP blocks.
Is there a Proxys.io free trial?

Can I use Proxys.io for airdrops and multi-accounts?
The official blog suggests mobile or server proxies for airdrop accounts, and the terms allow multi-accounting with an anti-detect browser and fingerprint isolation.
