Proxy-Seller review 2026: prices, proxy types, guarantees, who it fits
For most small jobs, yes. Proxy-Seller rents dedicated IPv4 from $0.49 per IP, IPv6 from $0.02 and rotating residential traffic from $1.45 per GB. It accepts crypto and replaces IPs that are dead on delivery. It suits price scraping, geo checks and light automation. The weak spots are a short refund window and a mixed Trustpilot record.
POOL BTC is an independent comparison site. We are not Proxy-Seller or a mining pool, and this is not legal or financial advice. The figures come from Proxy-Seller's product pages, FAQ, return policy and public offer, checked on 2026-10-04. Where the site says nothing, we say so. Uptime and speed figures are the provider's own claims, and we did not benchmark them.
What is Proxy-Seller?
Proxy-Seller is a paid proxy provider. It rents dedicated datacenter IPv4, IPv6, static ISP, rotating residential and mobile 4G/5G proxies over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. You log in with a username and password or whitelist your own IP. The seller named in the public offer is SSV IT PROVIDER ONLINE SERVICES LTD, registered in Larnaca, Cyprus.
There is a REST API, SDK support, and a dashboard where you export, rotate and renew proxies. The site says proxies activate 1-3 minutes after payment. Support runs 24/7 through live chat, Telegram, Slack, Discord and email, with a claimed median first reply of 30 seconds.
Other claims we could read but not check: 185,000+ users, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, 99.7% uptime, a 99.5%+ connection success rate and an average response of about 0.35 seconds.
How much do Proxy-Seller proxies cost?
Static proxies are priced per IP for each rental period, and residential is priced per GB of traffic. Dedicated IPv4 starts at $0.49 per IP, IPv6 at $0.02 per IP, and standard residential at $1.45 per GB for 30 days. In the order calculator, one US IPv4 for one week cost $0.90. Mobile and ISP prices are not on the static pages.
| Type | Billing | Starting price | Pool or locations | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| IPv4 dedicated datacenter | Per IP per period | $0.49 per IP | 40+ locations, 800+ subnets | One user per IP, unlimited bandwidth, up to 1 Gbps |
| IPv6 | Per IP per period | $0.02 per IP | 1,200,000+ unique IPs | Works only where the target accepts IPv6 |
| ISP static residential | Per IP per period | Not stated on the static page | Not stated | Up to 1 Gbps |
| Rotating residential | Per GB, valid 30 days | Test $3.50 for about 1 GB, standard from $1.45/GB, enterprise from $0.30/GB on custom terms | 47M+ IPs, 220+ locations | Rotation per request, every 5 or 30 minutes, or sticky sessions |
| Mobile 4G/5G | Per IP per period | Not shown on the static page | 20+ countries | AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Vodafone, Jio, Orange |
| Shared | Listed in the calculator | Not stated | Not stated | Details not published |
Rental periods are 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. The conditions page sets minimum orders of 20-50 IPs depending on the package, so check the minimum before you plan around one address. The FAQ mentions discounts of up to 40% for 10+ IPs and up to 30% for large volumes. Mobile prices load in the calculator with JavaScript, so open it and pick a country to see them.
IPv4 locations include Russia, Ukraine, the USA, Germany, France, Brazil, India, China, Japan, Turkey and the UAE, plus mixed packages.
Which type should you choose: IPv4, IPv6, ISP, residential or mobile?
Choose dedicated IPv4 when you need a stable address that only you use, for a monitoring script or a fixed set of accounts. Choose IPv6 only if the target service accepts IPv6 connections. Choose residential when a site blocks datacenter ranges, and mobile for the strictest targets. ISP static sits between the two.
For miners and crypto users this usually looks like:
- Scraping exchange prices or hashprice data: dedicated IPv4 first, rotating residential if the site starts blocking you.
- Checking a geo-restricted service from another country: residential in that country, paid by traffic.
- Automating several accounts: one dedicated IPv4 per account, if the service you automate allows it.
- Reaching a pool or stratum endpoint your internet provider blocks: a dedicated IPv4 with SOCKS5 in a nearby country. Read our article on what to do when a provider blocks a mining pool first.
Mining through a proxy needs care. Every proxy adds a hop between your miners and the pool, and that delay can raise stale and rejected shares. If the proxy drops, your hashrate stops counting until the miner reconnects. We have not measured this on Proxy-Seller, and proxy support depends on your firmware.
Proxies must not be used to get around sanctions or the terms of the services you connect to. Proxy-Seller bans illegal use. Its full Acceptable Use Policy page did not load for us, but the FAQ names allowed uses: scraping, account registration automation, app testing, price monitoring and SEO rank tracking.
Who is Proxy-Seller for, and who should skip it?
It fits people who need cheap dedicated IPv4 for scraping or monitoring, want to pay in crypto, and can test their IPs on the day of delivery. It fits poorly if you need a published SLA, expect a refund when an IP gets blacklisted weeks later, or plan to run a latency-sensitive mining connection through it.
A good match is a miner who tracks hashprice, ASIC listings or exchange prices with a script and needs a few fixed IPs, or someone who checks geo-restricted services now and then and pays per GB.
A poor match is a team that needs an enterprise SLA: we found no published SLA from Proxy-Seller, while Bright Data advertises one. The same goes for anyone trying to slip past a regulator or a platform ban, and for farms whose income depends on low stale rates. Our mining calculator shows what a few percent of lost hashrate costs you.
Can you pay with crypto, and does it work from Russia, the CIS and Latin America?
Yes on crypto. The FAQ lists BTC, USDT, USDC, BUSD, BNB, TRX, TON and other coins, plus PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and wire transfer on request. The official pages we checked do not restrict payment by country, and that includes Russia, the CIS, Argentina and the rest of Latin America.
For buyers in Russia, crypto is the practical route. This is general market experience, not something Proxy-Seller states: Russian-issued cards and PayPal usually fail for international purchases under sanctions. Russia and Ukraine are both in the IPv4 location list. You are still responsible for following the laws that apply to you. If you mine in Russia, our guide to mining in Russia covers the rules.
For Latin America, Brazil is in the IPv4 list and Argentina is not. The residential pool claims 220+ locations, so check the country selector for Argentina before you buy.
KYC is required for legal entities under the public offer. For individuals buying proxies the offer does not say it is required, though the affiliate program requires it.
What guarantees and refunds does Proxy-Seller offer?
You get 72 hours to request a refund on standard products and 24 hours on weekly rentals. After that, refunds are at the company's discretion. The 3-day residential trial is not refundable. IPs that do not work at delivery are replaced within 1 day of your request. Problems that appear later, other than a failed connection, are not covered.
Inside the window, the return policy accepts five reasons: the proxy does not work and cannot be replaced, you cannot connect and support confirms it, the location you need is unavailable, the IP is unsuitable for your stated purpose, or the IP was bought for a prohibited purpose.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 1 business day. Crypto refunds use the rate at the time of the refund minus fees. You can switch region or city by paying the price difference.
How to start with Proxy-Seller
- Register on Proxy-Seller.
- In the order calculator, pick the proxy type, country, rental period and quantity. Check the package minimum.
- Pay by card, PayPal or crypto.
- Wait 1-3 minutes for activation and copy the credentials from the dashboard. Use a username and password, or whitelist your own IP.
- Test every IP against the site or endpoint you need. Report dead ones to support for replacement within 1 day, and keep the 72-hour or 24-hour refund window in mind.
- For residential traffic, set rotation: per request, every 5 or 30 minutes, or a sticky session.
What are the risks of using Proxy-Seller?
The most common Trustpilot complaints are IPs already blacklisted on delivery and locations that do not match the order. Some reviewers also mention slow support. Blacklisting during use is not covered by the replacement rules, so test every address on the day you get it. Reviewers often praise fast activation and replacements that work.
The ratings disagree. Proxy-Seller's Trustpilot page showed 3.9 out of 5 from 736 reviews on 2026-10-04. Some third-party sites quote 4.2-4.5, so we use the page itself. The homepage claims 4.8 on G2, which we did not verify. Crypto refunds also carry price risk between payment and refund.
How does Proxy-Seller compare with Webshare, Bright Data and IPRoyal?
On residential traffic, Proxy-Seller and Webshare are the cheapest of the four at entry level, and both go down to about $1.40-1.45 per GB. Bright Data has the largest pool, 400M+ IPs, and an enterprise SLA, but costs $7-8 per GB. IPRoyal costs $7 per GB for 1 GB, and its traffic never expires.
| Proxy-Seller | Webshare | Bright Data | IPRoyal | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Residential, entry | $3.50 test for about 1 GB, then from $1.45/GB | $3.50/GB at 1 GB | $8/GB pay as you go | $7.00/GB at 1 GB |
| Residential, volume | From $0.30/GB, custom enterprise | Down to $1.40/GB | $7/GB on the $499 a month plan | $1.75/GB at 10 TB, custom |
| Residential pool | 47M+ IPs, 220+ locations | 80M+ IPs, 195 countries | 400M+ IPs | Not checked |
| Static options | IPv4 from $0.49/IP, IPv6 from $0.02/IP | Static residential from $0.30/IP | Not checked | Not checked |
| Traffic expiry | 30 days | Not checked | Not checked | Never expires |
| SLA | Not published | Not checked | Enterprise SLA | Not checked |
The Webshare, Bright Data and IPRoyal figures come from their own pricing pages, checked on 2026-10-04, without promo codes. "Not checked" means we did not verify that cell.
For cheap dedicated IPv4 with crypto payment, Proxy-Seller is the most practical of the four. If you buy a little residential traffic and use it slowly, IPRoyal's non-expiring traffic can come out cheaper. Bright Data makes sense when you need the SLA. FAQ
Is Proxy-Seller legit?
It is run by SSV IT PROVIDER ONLINE SERVICES LTD, registered in Larnaca, Cyprus, and it publishes a public offer and a return policy. Its Trustpilot page showed 3.9 out of 5 from 736 reviews on 2026-10-04, with complaints about blacklisted IPs and praise for fast activation.
Can I connect my miners to a pool through a proxy?
It can work if your firmware supports a proxy, but each extra hop adds latency and a point of failure, which can mean more stale or rejected shares. We have not tested this on Proxy-Seller, so compare rejected shares against a direct connection for a day before you commit.
Will Proxy-Seller replace an IP that gets blacklisted?
Only if it was not working at delivery, in which case it is replaced within 1 day of your request. Problems during use, other than a failed connection, are not covered. Test every IP as soon as it activates.
Does Proxy-Seller work from Russia or Argentina?
The official pages list no payment restriction for either country. In Russia, local cards and PayPal usually fail for foreign purchases, so crypto such as USDT or BTC is the practical option. Argentina is not in the IPv4 location list, so check the residential selector. Using proxies to bypass sanctions is not allowed.
Which proxy type is best for scraping crypto prices?
Start with dedicated IPv4 from $0.49 per IP, which no other user shares. If the site blocks datacenter addresses, move to rotating residential from $1.45 per GB with per-request rotation. Proxy-Seller's FAQ explicitly allows scraping and price monitoring.
