Promminer Pool review 2026: fees, payouts, coins, rubles, risks, who it fits

Promminer Pool can suit a Russian-speaking miner who wants BTC on FPPS for a flat 3% fee, payouts several times a day and the option to turn coins into rubles inside the same account. It fits less well if you want a long track record, an English interface or a public hashrate share you can verify, because the pool launched in 2025 and is absent from the mempool.space ranking.

POOL BTC is an independent comparison site. We are not Promminer, we do not run a mining pool, and nothing here is investment advice. The facts below come from the official Promminer pages and its public offer, checked on 2026-10-09, plus the official pages of the alternatives and mempool.space.

What is Promminer Pool?

Promminer Pool is a mining pool run by Promminer Technology LLC, a Moscow company registered in 2023, according to its public offer. It is part of the Promminer group, which sells ASIC miners and offers hosting, and which describes itself as founded in 2017. The pool itself launched in 2025, and the company timeline lists the launch under 2025.

The pool accepts three coins: Bitcoin on SHA-256, and Litecoin and Dogecoin on Scrypt. The offer is addressed to any individual, company or foreign entity, and the registration page does not ask for a hosting purchase. Promminer also claims an award as the fastest-growing pool of 2025 at Blockchain Life, which is a self-reported claim we could not confirm independently.

The pool is aimed squarely at Russia: the interface is in Russian, the servers are in Russia, the contract is under Russian law and payouts in rubles go through a Russian bank. The official site does not publish an English version.

How much does Promminer Pool charge, and what are the limits?

The base fee is 3% for every coin, according to the official pool page and the offer. Large miners can negotiate individual rates. The payout scheme differs by coin: FPPS for Bitcoin, PPS for Litecoin and PPLNS for Dogecoin. The miner pays the network fee for withdrawals, and the pool states it adds no extra transaction charge.

Manual payout minimum0.0001 BTC0.001 LTC5 DOGE

Automatic payouts run four times a day, at 10:00, 13:00, 16:00 and 19:00 Moscow time, per the offer. The schedule is described as indicative and can change. Manual withdrawal requests go through moderation, which normally takes about 15 minutes and can take up to 48 hours in busy periods.

The official pages disagree on one point that matters. The pool page and the home page advertise payouts from 0.0001 BTC. The offer, which is the binding document, sets the automatic threshold at 0.001 BTC and the 0.0001 BTC figure only for manual requests. If you plan to leave payouts on automatic, plan around 0.001 BTC.

For scale, 0.001 BTC is one hundred thousand satoshis. At a hashrate of a single small ASIC, reaching it can take a while, so the manual option matters to small miners.

Which coins and connection method does Promminer support?

You connect an ASIC the usual way, through its own web panel: open the miner's IP address in a browser, go to the pool settings and enter the stratum address, port and a worker name. The pool uses the Stratum V1 protocol. The worker name has the form account name, a dot and a worker name, for example farm01.s21p001, with lowercase letters and digits only and up to 64 characters. The password field can stay empty.

The stratum addresses are not published on the public pages. They appear inside your personal account when you press the button to connect a worker, so you need to register before you can see them. The number of workers per account is not limited, according to the pool FAQ.

The connection guide shows Bitcoin and Litecoin as the selectable coins when you add a worker. Dogecoin is listed as supported in the offer, but we did not see it in the connection guide, so check the account screen.

The dashboard shows each worker's hashrate, status, rejects and last share, supports sorting and tags, keeps payout history with transaction IDs and sends alerts by thresholds through the interface, SMS or email. A public mining API is not described on the official site as of 2026-10-09. There is also a one-click monthly report for Russian tax filing and a mobile app.

How big is Promminer Pool?

The home page claims more than 10 EH/s. We could not verify this. On 2026-10-09 the one-week pool ranking on mempool.space did not list Promminer at all. The ranking showed Foundry USA at 26.77%, AntPool at 20.27%, F2Pool at 17.50% and ViaBTC at 9.18%, among others.

If 10 EH/s were routed to the pool, it would be roughly one percent of a network measured in the high hundreds of EH/s, and blocks would eventually show up under its name. There are several possible explanations: the figure is overstated, blocks are labeled under another identifier, or the pool simply has not been matched by the tracker yet. We do not know which, so treat the hashrate claim as unconfirmed.

For a pool that pays FPPS, size matters less for your income than for the pool's solvency, because the operator carries the block variance. That is why an unverifiable size is a reason to start with a small share of your hashrate.

Who is Promminer Pool for, and who should skip it?

Promminer fits you if you:

  • mine BTC with ASICs and want FPPS without block luck affecting your payouts;
  • live in Russia and want RUB payouts and ready-made tax reports;
  • prefer a Russian-language dashboard and Russian support;
  • already host machines with Promminer and want everything in one place.

Look elsewhere, or compare first, if you:

  • need an English interface or support outside Russian business hours;
  • want the lowest BTC fee: 3% is higher than several competitors in the table below;
  • need to verify the pool's hashrate share independently;
  • want a long public payout history, since the pool is new.

If you want to estimate what a fee difference means for your own machines, use the mining calculator and change the pool fee field.

Which countries can use Promminer Pool?

The official pages do not list banned countries, as of 2026-10-09. Everything else points to Russia: the contract is governed by Russian law, the interface is only in Russian, and the ruble payout route requires a Russian bank account. A miner outside Russia is not formally prohibited, but practical access is limited. We found no statement about Latin America, Argentina or other regions.

No formal KYC procedure is described in public documents. Registration works with an email or a phone number. Russian individuals and companies are the intended audience, and the tax report function suggests personal data is collected for compliance. Read the offer before you register.

Rubles: the miner can sell mined BTC, LTC or DOGE inside the platform and receive rubles by bank transfer, within one business day according to the offer. No extra fee is stated for this service.

How safe is Promminer Pool, and who holds your coins?

The pool is custodial in the usual pool sense: your earnings accumulate on the pool until you withdraw them to your own wallet address. Keep the balance low and withdraw regularly.

Security features listed on the official pages are two-factor authentication, a list of active sessions with the option to revoke them all at once, and a freeze rule: if you add or change a payout address, access to withdrawals can be suspended for up to 72 hours for verification. A named address whitelist is not stated.

The offer, which governs the relationship, can be changed by the operator at any time, and the miner is expected to follow the changes without necessarily receiving a notice. This is common for pools but worth knowing.

How do you start mining on Promminer Pool?

These steps follow the official pool page and the connection guide.

  1. Register at pool.promminer.ru with an email or a phone number and turn on two-factor authentication.
  2. Open the Workers section and press the button to connect a worker.
  3. Choose the coin and copy the stratum address and port shown in the dialog.
  4. Open your ASIC's web panel, go to the pool settings and enter the address, the port and the worker name in the form account.worker.
  5. Wait for the worker to appear in the dashboard, which takes up to about ten minutes according to the guide.
  6. Add a payout wallet address, and if you want rubles, a Russian bank account.
  7. Check the first payout on the next run and decide whether to switch from automatic to manual withdrawals.

What are the risks of using Promminer Pool?

  • Short history. The pool launched in 2025, so there is little public evidence of how it behaves over several years.
  • Unverified size. The claimed 10 EH/s does not appear in the mempool.space ranking we checked.
  • Payout threshold confusion. The marketing minimum of 0.0001 BTC applies to manual withdrawals only, the automatic one is 0.001 BTC.
  • Changeable terms. The offer can be amended by the operator at any time.
  • Anecdotal complaints. One user on vc.ru in February 2025 described problems in the early weeks, such as an app that did not work normally and a small balance he could not withdraw, mostly in connection with Promminer hosting. This is a single, early report and we treat it as anecdotal. Another site that criticizes Promminer's marketing is also a user-contributed source.
  • Russia focus. Banking, sanctions and payment routes can change quickly for users who depend on Russian rails.

How does Promminer Pool compare with EMCD, Trustpool and Tpool?

PoolBTC feeBTC schemeMinimum payoutChecked

EMCD4% for new users from 2026-01-12FPPS0.0001 BTC2026-10-09
Trustpool1%PPS+0.001 BTC2026-10-09
Tpool0.9%FPPS0.0001 BTC2026-09-09

On price, Promminer sits between EMCD and the two cheaper pools. Trustpool and Tpool charge about a third of Promminer's fee on BTC. In return Promminer offers rubles, Russian tax reports and Russian-language support, which the others do not stress. Read our reviews of EMCD and Kryptex Pool for more comparisons.

FAQ

Is Promminer Pool legit?

It is run by a registered Russian company, has a public offer and pays on a published schedule. Its history is short and its hashrate claim is unverified, so start with a small share and check the first payouts.

What is the Promminer Pool fee?

The official pages state 3% for Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin, with individual rates negotiable for large miners. Compare the pool's own fee page before you connect.

What is the minimum payout on Promminer?

Automatic payouts start at 0.001 BTC. Manual withdrawals start at 0.0001 BTC. Litecoin is 0.001 LTC in both cases, and Dogecoin is 1 DOGE automatic or 5 DOGE manual.

Can I get paid in rubles?

Yes. According to the offer you can sell mined BTC, LTC or DOGE in the platform and receive rubles by bank transfer within one business day. You need a Russian bank account.

Does Promminer Pool have an English version or an API?

The official site is in Russian. A public mining API is not described as of 2026-10-09.

Do I need to buy hosting from Promminer to mine there?

No. The offer is open to any individual or company, and registration does not require a hosting purchase.

Is Promminer Pool worth it in 2026?

For a Russian-speaking miner who values rubles, tax reports and FPPS on BTC, it is a workable option, as long as you accept 3%, a young pool and an unverified size. If the lowest fee or a long track record matters more, compare Trustpool, Tpool or EMCD first.

Create an account on Promminer Pool, connect one worker, watch two or three payouts and only then move the rest of your hashrate.
